B Collaborator process and Precedure

INTRODUCTION

People often ask us, “What actually happens at B Collaborator?”Here’s a clear summary of how our accelerator program works, what students and early-stage founders gain, and why it’s uniquely
built for Bangladesh and other developing countries

The Goal

Empowering Founders from Day 1

The main goal of B Collaborator is simple but ambitious:

Help early-stage founders and students turn their ideas into impactful startups — and prepare them to grow locally and globally. Some join with just an idea, others with a prototype or small user base. No matter where they start, our aim is to get them into a
dramatically stronger position within 3–6 months:

  • Build a better product or service

  • Understand their users

  • Validate their business model

  • Pitch with confidence

  • Raise funding or apply to global accelerators

We don’t just train founders — we create an environment of extreme focus, mentorship, and action. It’s the most productive period many of our founders ever experience.

Duration: 12–16 Weeks of Real Growth

We run 2 cohorts per year — Spring and Fall — each lasting 5-6 months. Each batch has its own calendar, mentors, and track-based resources.

idea can come from Bangladesh — and we’re building the pipeline to make it possible

BEYOND THE BATCH

At B Collaborator, support doesn’t end after the accelerator ends — in fact, it’s just the beginning.

We stay with our founders, leaders, and professionals as they grow their startups, careers, and impact.

Here’s how we continue to support our alumni and community beyond the program:

Founders’ Network & Community Access

Graduates gain lifetime access to our private Founder Forum — a space for:

  • Peer-to-peer learning

  • Problem-solving discussions

  • Talent referrals & job posts

  • Local-global ecosystem updates

  • Early access to B Collaborator events

Ongoing Mentorship & Office Hours
